Click & Collect is coming soon.
Exchanges & Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, tried on indoors only, and returned in their original condition and undamaged packaging so they can be resold. Return postage is yours to cover — typically $5–10 depending on your location — and original shipping charges aren't refundable.
Faulty, damaged, or wrong item
If your pair arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us photos before sending anything back. For a minor fault we'll repair or replace it; for a major fault you can choose a replacement or a full refund. We cover return postage once the fault is confirmed. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and aren't limited by our change-of-mind policy.
What counts as a fault
A fault means a genuine defect — split seams, a sole separating in normal wear, faulty stitching, hardware that fails, or a manufacturing flaw — reported within a reasonable time. It does not cover general wear and tear, scuffs, damage from misuse or the wrong fit, or normal changes to materials over time. If you're unsure, send a photo and we'll take a look.
Once we receive your return
We'll inspect and process it within 3 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few days to appear.
