Between sizes?
Take the larger one. A pointed toe in particular uses up length before width, so the bigger size is almost always the right call.
Measure at the end of the day
Feet swell as the day goes on. Stand on a sheet of paper, mark heel and longest toe, measure the gap in centimetres, and size to the longer foot.
