Keep them unworn (tried on indoors on carpet only, never outside), with every tag attached and the original box undamaged, so the pair is still saleable as new. You cover return postage. Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered is a separate track: no conditions, we pay the postage, and we honour it for at least 12 months.
