Care

Spot-clean the canvas with a soft brush, mild soap and a barely damp cloth. Do not machine wash - it warps the platform. Clear grit out of the tread and air dry away from heaters and direct sun.

Up to 365-day returns. Changed your mind or the fit isn't right? You have 30 days from delivery as standard, or a full year if you added 365-Day Returns (A$1) to your order. Keep them unworn (tried on indoors on carpet only, never outside), with every tag attached and the original box undamaged, so the pair is still saleable as new. You cover return postage. Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered is a separate track: no conditions, we pay the postage, and we honour it for at least 12 months. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by any of this.
