Care

Wipe the quilted upper with a soft damp cloth - do not machine wash, it flattens the fill. Shake the lining out to keep the pile up, clear grit from the tread, and air dry away from heaters and direct sun.

Keep them unworn (tried on indoors on carpet only, never outside), with every tag attached and the original box undamaged, so the pair is still saleable as new. You cover return postage. Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered is a separate track: no conditions, we pay the postage, and we honour it for at least 12 months. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by any of this.
