Patent marks easily - wipe with a soft damp cloth, buff dry, and keep them clear of dark denim and rough surfaces. Work gently around the pleats.

Keep them unworn (tried on indoors on carpet only, never outside), with every tag attached and the original box undamaged, so the pair is still saleable as new. You cover return postage. Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered is a separate track: no conditions, we pay the postage, and we honour it for at least 12 months. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by any of this.
