This is an optional extra. It is never required for a faulty pair. Faults are covered for at least 12 months and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by it, or by anything else in our policy.
The A$1.00 is not refunded if you return your order. It buys the longer window, and that window is what let you return in the first place.

Returns and exchanges
Up to 365-day returns. Changed your mind or the fit isn't right? You have 30 days from delivery as standard, or a full year if you added 365-Day Returns (A$1) to your order. Keep them unworn (tried on indoors on carpet only, never outside), with every tag attached and the original box undamaged, so the pair is still saleable as new. You cover return postage. Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered is a separate track: no conditions, we pay the postage, and we honour it for at least 12 months. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by any of this.
